It is our goal to consistently provide top-quality physician resources. This requires us to guarantee compensation to our consulting physicians for "no-shows" and late cancellations.
No Show: Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of scheduled exam.
Late Cancellation: Cancellation or rescheduled with less than three business days' notice from the scheduled appointment date for standard exams, five business days for legal testimony or deposition.
Both No-Shows and Late Cancellations are billed at one-half of the base examination price. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a legal testimony or deposition, one-half of the obtained deposit will be refunded when notification is received by our office at least four business days in advance of the scheduled date. When notification or rescheduling is not received within four business days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
